If it is something we can help you with, we will send you a link to book a complimentary initial telephone consultation with us, where we will discuss your requirements, our proposed solution and provide an estimate of likely costs.

Where possible, you will be offered a fixed fee so that you have the transparency of knowing exactly how much the work will cost upfront. This will generally be possible where we are drafting documents for you without negotiations with third parties involved.

If you wish to proceed, there are a few formalities we must, by law, comply with such as carrying out money laundering searches and issuing you with an Engagement Letter.

If you have opted for a fixed fee, this will be payable upfront but if it is an hourly rate, this will be payable either at the end of the matter or monthly. All of this will be set out clearly in your Engagement Letter.

Your Engagement Letter will be with Virtual Lawyers Limited, the regulated entity with which I am a consultant. Virtual Lawyers Limited is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
